My journey in the world of technology began in 1999 when I joined a point-of-sale helpdesk as a Tier 1 technician. In this role, I quickly discovered my love for translating technical jargon into language that everyone can understand. By bridging the gap between complex tech-speak and everyday language, I not only reduced end-user frustration but also facilitated their ability to complete daily tasks efficiently, ultimately saving time and improving productivity.

Educational Pursuits

Alongside my professional endeavors, I embarked on a journey to further my education in Computer Information Systems. Despite the challenges of working full-time and raising a family, I remained committed to my academic pursuits. In June 2023, I achieved a significant milestone by obtaining my first official degree, an Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology and Networking.

Current Focus

My thirst for knowledge and passion for technology continue to drive me forward. Currently, I'm in the final stages of completing my Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, with a special emphasis on Databases. This area of focus reflects my keen interest in managing and leveraging data effectively, a skill that has become increasingly valuable in today's data-driven world.
